HHEC's Construction Administration team members function as the Owner's project managers,
value engineers, budget and cost managers and monitor schedules for our Clients.
Construction Administration Services include technical consultation, submittal reviews,
change order reviews, Request for Information (RFI) response coordination and overall
Owner coordination during the construction phase.
HHEC operates as a member of an Owner - Architect/Engineer - Contractor Team, to review
cost estimates and cost control and review design changes with a view toward
value engineering to ensure a quality, cost effective project.
